Complexity

Do you enjoy wine with only a few taste components, or many? Falafel with only basics is less complex than falafel with everything. Wine complexity is ranked from 1 (low) to 5 (high).

Acidity

Acids give wines tart and sour taste notes that balance the sweet elements to a greater or lesser degree. Oranges, limes and grapefruit display varying degrees of acidity. The acidity of white and rose wines is ranked from 1 (mild) to 5 (intense).
