Negohot White Honey is from a rare spring flower, and is only available on rare occasions.
In the third year of the establishment of the apiary, it appeared for the first time: golden, buttery, and with a wonderful taste. We enjoyed the honey immensely, but four years passed before the blossoms that are the basis of this honey appeared again.
We brought samples to the laboratory of Professor Dan Azikowitz, in an attempt to decipher the secret of the magic of the white and buttery honey that surprised us every few years. His reply: “This is the most delicious honey I’ve ever met, and I’m eighty years old!”
We still don’t know as much as we wish about this amazing and rare honey, but we know enough to say it is a very special honey that you won’t regret tasting while ti is available.
