Recanati Gris de Marselan is an exceptional rosé, and has been for several years. The wine is particularly aromatic, with delicate aromas of flowers and red fruit. The taste is particularly elegant and delicate. The winemaker – Kobi Arbiv enjoys fermenting the grapes in a unique method in order to preserve its aromaticity as much as possible. The result before us is undoubtedly a success of the method.
