Tishbi Cabernet Onion Spread is created by Oshra Tishbi from the vintage of her family’s award-winning winery. The spread is a strikingly tasty combination of wine and onions that imparts a rich deep taste on breads and crackers, when cooked with meats, and other recipes. Prepared in small batches, the onions are slow-cooked to caramelize in the Cabernet Sauvignon, yielding concentrated and mildly sweet natural flavors.
